Job Description

Join Bally's Corporation as a KYC Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processes within the KYC Team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will monitor verification activity, deal with escalations from Customer Service, process Cash Out requests, and verify member identity documents. You will also communicate with the VIP team and assist with player onboarding. The salary for this position ranges from $54,000 to $58,000 USD.

Carrying out day-to-day processes within the KYC Team, including monitoring and actioning verification activity.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to KYC, AML, and Responsible Gaming.
Dealing with incoming KYC related escalations from Customer Service and processing member Cash Out requests.
