Job Description

Join Bally's, a leading gaming and entertainment company, as a KYC Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day processes within the KYC Team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and addressing any KYC-related escalations from Customer Service. You will also process member cash-out requests, monitor third-party payment systems, and assist with player onboarding during the KYC process. The salary for this position ranges from $54,000 to $58,000 USD.

Carrying out day-to-day processes within the KYC Team, including monitoring and actioning verification activity.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to KYC, AML, and Responsible Gaming.
Dealing with incoming KYC related escalations from Customer Service and processing member Cash Out requests.
