Technical Project Manager (Software)

• Coordination of cross-functional efforts from early concept through delivery to launch.
• Development of schedules and milestones, identification of gaps, risks, and support for resource planning.
• Facilitation of collaboration across software, hardware, science, and product teams, ensuring aligned deliverables.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and optimize software project management processes
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methods, tools, and infrastructure
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience leading cross-functional planning, scheduling, and risk management across multiple teams
• Excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
• Results-oriented mindset with a bias toward clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in aerospace, robotics, logistics, or other domains with real-time high-reliability software development requirements
• Experience reviewing technical documentation, architecture proposals, or requirements specifications
• Comfort with Jira, Confluence and other productivity tools
• Exposure to OKR or goal-setting frameworks, and alignment of program priorities with company objectives
• Ability to work effectively in distributed team environments
