AI Revenue Engine Lead

Join Better Health as the AI Revenue Engine Lead, where you'll identify and solve high-impact problems in the revenue engine. This hands-on role involves redesigning processes, leveraging AI and automation, and leading cross-functional projects. You'll work closely with leaders across various departments and report to the SVP of Strategy and Operations.

• Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the revenue funnel, from lead generation to recurring revenue.
• Redesigning processes and workflows, leveraging AI and automation to improve conversion and team productivity.
• Owning high-priority initiatives end-to-end, from defining the problem and developing the solution through implementation and measuring results.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to drive execution across teams without direct authority
• A track record of taking ambiguous, high-impact business problems from identification through measurable results
• Fluency with AI and automation and a strong instinct for where technology can fundamentally improve how work gets done
• Healthcare experience is helpful but not required
• Experience in a fast-growing startup is strongly preferred
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. You can dive into the data yourself and turn it into action
• 8+ years of experience building and operating businesses, ideally across high-growth startups, strategy & operations, revenue operations, consulting, product, or similar roles
• Strong business judgment, low ego, high ownership, and a bias toward action
• Former founders, early-stage operators, or people who have built functions from scratch are especially compelling
• Comfort getting into the details. This is a builder/operator role, not a strategy-only role
