Office Coordinator

Join IXL Learning, a global leader in edtech, as a full-time Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be the face of the company, managing office operations, coordinating meals and events, and assisting with corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and 2+ years of experience in an office environment.

• Be the face of IXL by greeting guests, signing and delivering packages, and sending company-wide announcements.
• Order office supplies, manage vendor relations, and maintain office equipment to ensure a well-stocked and organized office.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements and managing visiting employees and teams, to support the busy operations of the company.

• The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support tasks and will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• This person must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a growing office of diverse people and projects
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Energetic, mature, positive person who can work independently
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
• Experience with Google Suite, including Gmail, Cal and Docs
• Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• 2+ years of experience in an office environment or equivalent
• Ability to work with high confidentiality
• Ability to assess a situation and problem-solve to a positive outcome
