Technical Recruiter

Join our team as a Technical Recruiter, where you will own the end-to-end talent lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams. You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, guiding candidates through the entire recruitment process and developing innovative sourcing strategies. You will also contribute to building an inclusive workplace by recruiting diverse talent and identifying opportunities for improvement in hiring velocity and candidate satisfaction.

• Track record of providing an authentic, meaningful, and high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
• 5+ years of experience recruiting for software engineering and/ or product positions across varying levels of seniority (individual contributors and leadership roles)
• Entrepreneurial minded, inherently self-motivated, and a relentless work ethic with a track record of exceeding performance goals and recruiting KPIs
• Demonstrated experience leveraging creative sourcing techniques and a personalized approach to courting passive, world-class talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to effectively partner with individuals at all levels within an organization
