Senior Recruiter

Join Mirage as a Senior Recruiter, where you'll lead complex hiring across various teams, including Product, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, People, and Operations. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and functional leaders to translate business needs into clear hiring plans, independently own a portfolio of senior and specialized roles, and strengthen hiring decisions. Additionally, you'll mentor teammates and develop AI agent workflows to streamline operations.

• Independently lead complex, senior, and specialized searches from kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns and relationships with sought-after talent, including candidates not actively exploring opportunities.
• Use data and market insights to diagnose recruiting challenges, prioritize opportunities, and align stakeholders on changes that improve hiring outcomes.

• Startup or high-growth technology experience is a strong plus!
• A collaborative approach to recruiting, with clear communication, reliable follow-through, and experience partnering across teams to improve hiring outcomes
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or related people functions, including 3+ years independently managing and closing full-cycle searches
• Humility and self-awareness, with openness to feedback, a willingness to learn from others, and a commitment to sharing knowledge
• Strong sourcing and closing skills, with experience engaging sought-after talent and navigating competitive offer negotiations
• A track record of hiring across business or technical functions, including senior, specialized, and difficult-to-fill roles
• Sound judgment in clarifying hiring needs, assessing candidates, and advising leaders, supported by data and market insights
