Solutions Engineer

In this role, you will lead the onboarding and integration of Verve's advertising technology with publisher and advertiser platforms. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to architect scalable solutions for clients, proactively identify performance opportunities through data analysis and client engagement, and drive internal documentation and process improvement initiatives. • Lead the onboarding and integration of Verve’s advertising technology with publisher and advertiser platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to architect scalable solutions for clients and proactively identify performance opportunities.
• Drive internal documentation and process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency and own technical relationship post-sale.

• We’re looking for a curious, solutions-oriented engineer with 5+ years of experience in AdTech or martech, ideally supporting mobile or cross-platform programmatic products
• You’re just as comfortable speaking to CTOs as you are simplifying technical concepts for client stakeholders
• You thrive at the intersection of technical problem-solving and strategic communication, and you enjoy digging into data to uncover insights
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Manager, or Software Engineering role
• Proven ability to manage multiple partner integrations and competing priorities
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern data tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills; experience with Python a plus
• Strong experience with programmatic ad tech, mobile SDKs, or SSPs/DSPs
