People Programs Specialist (Contract)

Join Crusoe Energy, a leading company in the energy sector, as a People Programs Specialist. In this contract role, you will support the build-out of core talent programs, including job architecture and performance management. You will work closely with the Talent Management team and be responsible for turning decisions into finished work, maintaining source-of-truth architecture files, and supporting the rollout of various programs. This is a 12-month engagement with opportunities for growth and development.

• Support the build-out of Crusoe's core talent programs, including job architecture and performance management.
• Turn program design decisions into finished work, including drafting job profiles, mapping roles, and resolving gaps.
• Partner on configuration and testing of Workday performance appraisal, including requirements documentation and UAT coordination.

• Clear written communication for manager- and executive-facing materials
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate drafting, analysis, and documentation
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving environment
• 3-6 years in People/HR programs, talent management, or HR operations
• Experience with job architecture, competency frameworks, or job profile management
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Workday (HCM, Talent, or Performance modules)
• Lattice (or similar: Culture Amp, 15Five) administration
• Experience supporting a performance management redesign or system migration
