Recruiter (GTM, Contract)

Join Crusoe's Spark business as a Contract Recruiter. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical customer-facing GTM roles and business operations. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, build and maintain strong pipelines, conduct candidate interviews, and manage a high-volume req load independently. This is a six-month contract with the potential to extend based on business need.

• Proven ability to run senior and hard-to-fill searches from start to finish with limited support
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders, including hiring managers at director level and above
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, mostly in GTM, across several functions such as Sales, Sales/Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, or Revenue Operations
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to assess what makes someone successful in different GTM functions, from commercial acumen to technical fluency to customer empathy
• Track record of hiring quota-carrying and customer-facing roles, plus a good grasp of how GTM teams are structured and measured
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation
• Data-driven: you use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy
• Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate outreach through LinkedIn and other tools
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals
• Experience keeping detailed documentation in an ATS
