Strategic Finance Senior Manager

Join Fastly, a leading edge cloud platform, as a Strategic Finance Senior Manager. In this role, you will shape the company's long-term direction by connecting all elements of Fastly's P&L and providing a holistic view of financial performance. You will partner closely with leadership to evaluate key business questions, develop insights from complex data, and influence decision-making through rigorous analysis and thoughtful storytelling. • Advanced financial modeling skills with experience building flexible, scalable models that support decision-making
• Relentlessly curious, you question everything and hold yourself and those around you accountable to understanding the why behind the data and trendlines
• Self-driven and detail-oriented with an extreme ownership mentality
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and drive toward actionable insights
• 8–10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related analytic roles, ideally within high-growth technology or SaaS environments
• Public company reporting, close-process, and audit-support experience
• Prior experience in a SaaS, infrastructure, or high-growth tech environment
• Experience with Adaptive Planning and BI/data tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools applied to finance workflows
