Senior Manager of UX Design

Join our team as a Senior Manager of UX Design, where you will lead the clinical UX strategy, develop senior design talent, advance AI-enabled clinical workflows, and create strong cross-functional decisions. You will also raise the quality and effectiveness of execution, establish leadership and strategic alignment, deliver impact, and scale strategic impact and industry influence. • Lead the clinical UX strategy and establish a coherent direction across various aspects of clinical decision support and treatment planning.
• Develop senior design talent by coaching experienced designers to lead through ambiguity, define strategy, and increase their impact.
• Advance AI-enabled clinical workflows by helping teams determine where AI should be integrated and establishing expectations for evidence and human oversight.

• You have experience in complex systems and applications, knowing how to simplify the complex and create delightful, intuitive experiences
• You are an advocate for collaboration, working closely with product and engineering to ensure design is a driver of business outcomes, not just execution
• You have led complex, high-consequence workflows in healthcare or another expert professional domain
• You have 7+ years of design experience in a design environment (in-house, agency, or relevant industry), with 5+ years of managing people
• You have experience with AI-enabled products or can demonstrate sound judgment about recommendations, automation, evidence, uncertainty, and human oversight
• You bring strong judgment in interaction design, information design, research, and product strategy— and know how to coach others without taking over their work. You can demonstrate how you have helped experienced designers grow from strong executors into strategic decision-makers and organizational leaders
