Director Product (Discovery & Artificial Intelligence)

Join Tubi, a leading free streaming service, as the Director of Product for Discovery & AI. In this highly technical role, you will define and lead the future of content discovery for over 100 million monthly active viewers. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for recommendations, ranking, personalization, search, and AI-powered experiences. You will partner closely with engineering, machine learning, and data science teams to build state-of-the-art recommendation systems and personalization capabilities. Additionally, you will analyze the performance of AI/machine learning approaches and develop strategies to increase business impact.

• Deep experience and understanding of modern machine learning approaches, including recommender systems, deep learning, retrieval and ranking architectures, large language models, and foundation models
• 8+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing products
• Ability to partner with senior engineering, machine learning, and data science leaders on model architecture, experimentation strategy, infrastructure investments, and technical roadmaps
• Solid understanding of machine learning evaluation methodologies
• Passion for applying leading edge AI and machine learning technologies to solve complex consumer problems
• 4+ years of experience leading and managing product teams
• Ability to work with and influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior executive teams across the company
