Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Contractor)

Join Toast's Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and engaging top talent for Toast's R&D and G&A functions. You will manage the review of inbound applications, navigate complex hiring scenarios, and build strong relationships with hiring managers. You will also support inclusive recruitment processes and leverage data to drive an efficient search. • Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and changing business needs.
• Attract, recruit, and engage top talent for Toast’s R&D and/or G&A functions, managing and prioritizing the review of substantial inbound application volume.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular recruiting syncs, effective communication, and subject matter expertise, helping to deliver on key business needs.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
• Demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in high-volume recruiting, successfully partnering with hiring managers to fill roles across various R&D and/or Sales functions
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS preferred
• Experience recruiting for sales talent at a SaaS company preferred
• Proficiency in leveraging recruitment data and metrics to impact hiring decisions
• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with a proven track record of recruiting across sales and customer success
