In this impactful role, you will provide best-in-class recruitment expertise and hiring strategies for various roles in IT, Engineering, G&A, Insurance, and more. You will directly impact the company's success by identifying diverse and skilled talent and developing end-to-end recruiting processes. The ideal candidate will have talent acquisition experience in fast-paced environments and a strong understanding of employment law basics and behavioral-based interviewing.

• Provide best-in-class recruitment expertise and hiring strategies for various roles in IT, Engineering, G&A, Insurance, and High-Volume.
• Develop and deliver end-to-end recruiting process, from influencing job description skills to building hiring strategies and creating talent pipelines.
• Effectively consult with hiring leaders to understand business objectives, assess hiring needs, and manage searches through the recruiting lifecycle.

• 4+ years of recruiting experience (Tech, G&A and GTM)
• Self-motivated and directed; the ability to collaborate with a variety of different stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in an applicate tracking system to effectively track and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process; Greenhouse ATS experience is preferred
• Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting including posting on job boards, conducting phone screens, managing, and facilitating interviews, facilitating post-interview discussions (debriefs), extending and negotiating offers
• Uses funnel metrics that impact the business to drive actions and change management for the business
• Insurance and related high-volume experience for Customer Support, Claims, and/or Sales
• Operational experience
