Product Designer (International)

Join Robinhood as a Product Designer and help shape the global customer experience. You'll design key features for international markets, partner with cross-functional teams, and simplify complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces. A strong portfolio and experience in regulated environments are required.

• Design key features such as onboarding, trading, crypto, and money movement for one or more of Robinhood's international markets.
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, and compliance to navigate market-specific nuances without compromising a cohesive, high-quality experience.
• Use AI to explore ideas, catch edge cases, and prototype quickly, while you drive the quality and direction.

• 3+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex consumer products
• A bias for action: able to find the next step and move forward through ambiguity
• Regular use of AI in your design process
• Strong systems thinking, balancing consistency with Robinhood's core product against local market needs
• Interest in global markets and cross-border financial products
• Experience working with legal, compliance, and cross-functional partners in a regulated environment
