Senior Product Designer (Crypto)

Join Robinhood's elite Crypto team as a Senior Product Designer. You'll own design strategy and execution for retail crypto trading, collaborating closely with engineering, product, compliance, and legal. This role requires a strong product design background, experience in a highly regulated environment, and a passion for using AI in your design workflow.

• Lead and execute the product design strategy for retail crypto experiences, balancing new bets with iterative improvements.
• Collaborate directly with engineering, product, design leadership, and legal and compliance partners from initial concept to final launch.
• Use AI to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, and prototype quickly, while you guide intent, structure, and quality.

• Active use of AI in your design workflow
• Crypto curiosity— deep expertise isn't required, but fluency and eagerness to learn is required
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, research, legal, and compliance in a highly regulated environment
• Strong product design experience working on complex, consumer-facing products with end-to-end ownership
• Solid systems thinking, balancing detail with the big picture
• A strong bias for action: able to find the next step and move forward through ambiguity
