Principal System Integration and Test Engineer

Join Silvus, a leading technology company, as a Principal System Integration and Test Engineer. In this role, you will conduct a wide range of technical activities related to system integration and test engineering, working closely with various teams to drive product development and testing. You will be responsible for defining and testing new products and features, providing technical support, performing technical analysis, and engineering complete solutions to complex problems. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of industry experience.

• Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant fields plus a minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, specifically in embedded firmware development and testing, scripting, embedded Linux, C/C++, and python; OR a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience with an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science
• Proven experience with wireless and radio communication systems, RF signal propagation principles, and digital communication technologies
• Excellent organizational skills, attentiveness to details, and ability to multi-task and quickly switch gears
• Demonstrated experience with TCP/IP networking
• Strong verbal and written communications skills to effectively communicate internally and with customers
• Proficiency with PC office applications
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and effectively interact with cross-functional teams and customers
