Job Description
Join Zoox, a cutting-edge robotics company, as a Senior Program Manager in the People Experience (PEx) team. In this role, you will be the strategic partner to the Talent Acquisition organization, owning the planning, reporting, and vendor infrastructure that enables efficient and confident hiring at scale. You will lead Talent Operations initiatives, own enterprise hiring goals capacity planning, manage event and conference operations, provide support for interviewing and enablement initiatives, and ensure stakeholder engagement and cross-functional alignment. Additionally, you will manage relationships with core Talent tooling vendors, own executive-facing reporting, and build and maintain the methodology for hiring capacity planning. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Lead Talent Operations initiatives end-to-end, including the Referral Rewards Program, requisition administration, process improvement efforts, and tooling rollouts.
- Own enterprise Hiring Goals capacity planning methodology, translating business growth targets into concrete hiring plans in partnership with Talent leadership and HRIS.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between PEx PMO and the Talent organization, partnering closely with Recruiting leadership, HRIS, and Legal to ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience building data-driven planning models
- Strong group facilitation and presentation skills across a variety of formats
- 8+ years of relevant program management experience, with a focus on Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting program management, or workforce/hiring capacity planning
- Strong functional expertise in recruiting/TA systems and tooling (e.g., Lever, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior leaders and stakeholders
- Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, or similar functions on sensitive, high-visibility initiatives
- Experience planning and executing large-scale conferences, corporate events, or offsites, including budget and vendor management
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable operational programs in a fast-paced environment
- If you are ready to adapt to new challenges, take on new roles as needed, and hit deadlines, we would love to hear from you. If you’re not shy about herding cats and managing chaos, then this role was made for you!
