EVS - Utility Lead

Join our team as an EVS - Utility Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a service culture that ensures superior internal and external guest service. You will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of restrooms, the casino floor, and other areas, while also supervising staff members and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This position requires availability on weekends, holidays, and nights, and involves physical tasks such as lifting and reaching overhead. The starting compensation is $18.50/hr.

• Develop and maintain a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Supervise staff members on your shift, ensuring all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff member’s ability.
• Work “hands on” with staff to ensure all cleaning duties and procedures, company policies, rules and regulations, and Jumer’s standards of cleanliness are enforced.
