Manager - Compliance

Join our team as a Compliance Manager, where you will be responsible for building positive relations with guests and team members, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures. You will also communicate with state regulators, track government reporting, and manage escalated guest service issues. This position requires a flexible schedule and offers a target compensation range of $58,000 - $59,740 yearly salary.

• Establish and maintain internal controls, standard operating procedures, and regulations for compliance with state and federal agencies.
• Communicate and correspond with state regulators, review regulatory and compliance activities, and perform audit follow-ups.
• Assist and advise company personnel to ensure successful compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures.
