Vice President of AI Product Delivery & Growth

Join PointClickCare, a leading healthcare technology company, as the Vice President of AI Product Delivery & Growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy and portfolio growth of our Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio. You will lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for new and AI-enabled capabilities, shape portfolio direction, build executive relationships, and lead the Outbound Product Management function. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, with a proven track record of success in building commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products.

• Ability to travel regularly to strategic customer sites and industry events, with occasional travel to PointClickCare offices
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using qualitative and quantitative signals to set priorities and make defensible trade-offs
• Proven success building commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including pricing, packaging, and monetization, with fluency in ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and churn
• Experience leading leaders, including hiring, developing, and scaling teams through organizational change
• Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes beyond launch execution
• 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including 5+ years leading teams at the Director level or above
• Executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders across Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Solutions, Pricing, and Professional Services
• Familiarity with interoperability, care transitions, and referral and authorization workflows
• Experience taking AI-enabled products to market, including generative AI, large language model, and agentic capabilities
• Background in post-acute care, senior care, or payer-provider collaboration models
