Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager

Join our team as a Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager, where you will own the strategy and production of customer proof-point content, manage the Customer Awards program, and oversee vendor relationships and budgets. You will work closely with various teams, define the annual content roadmap, and track the performance and business impact of proof-point content. This role requires strong written communication skills, experience in customer marketing or content marketing, and the ability to manage on-site logistics for large events.

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and content intelligence tools (e.g., Peerbound, Gong) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations, with demonstrated ownership of both strategy and execution
• Experience owning vendor relationships and budget, ideally for review-generation or reference platforms
• Comfortable managing on-site logistics for large customer-facing events
• Strong written communication skills and an eye for turning customer insight into compelling assets
• Proven track record of setting a content roadmap and prioritizing initiatives against business impact, not just delivering against an intake queue
• Proven track record of owning content projects end-to-end, including legal/compliance coordination
