Senior Technical Recruiter

Join our team as a Senior Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our engineering and product teams by sourcing top-tier talent globally. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, build and maintain talent pipelines, guide hiring teams through inclusive interview processes, and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders. • Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies.
• Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closing, and build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles.
• Drive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement, and contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives.

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and creative outreach strategies
• Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels
• Experience using AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment
• Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively
• Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones
• Experience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems (bonus for AI tools)
• Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices
• Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company
