Job Description

Join Fospha, a leading marketing measurement platform for ecommerce brands. As a Graduate Technical Account Manager, you'll drive onboarding speed and quality, manage post-go-live implementation requests, and learn SQL to query client data. You'll work closely with clients, build relationships, and collaborate with various departments. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, exposure to senior leadership, and comprehensive training.

  • Driving onboarding speed and quality, ensuring clients get value fast and get it right.
  • Managing post-go-live implementation requests for enterprise and growth clients, configuring changes to their live systems.
  • Learning SQL to query client data and solve problems, getting hands-on with the product to assess, configure, and troubleshoot client account setups.
