Job Description

Join our team as an Implementation Engineer, where you will be responsible for configuring CRM integrations, implementing call-recording ingestion, supporting product configuration for U.S. accounts, troubleshooting technical issues, leading the implementation process alongside customer success, and reducing onboarding time to less than 5 days. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 3 years of SaaS implementation experience.

  • Configurer les intégrations CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) et mettre en œuvre l'ingestion d'enregistrements d'appels (Gong, Clari, Teams).
  • Supporter la configuration du produit pour les comptes américains et résoudre les problèmes techniques.
  • Diriger le processus d'implémentation en collaboration avec le service client et réduire le temps d'intégration à moins de 5 jours.
