Bilingual Dealership Success Associate

Join our growing inside sales team as a Bilingual Dealership Success Associate in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will help expand our market reach, build trusted partnerships with dealerships, and collaborate with Account Managers across the region. You will provide exceptional service and consultative support, manage complex sales situations, and enhance brand visibility. Fluency in English and another language (Spanish or Portuguese) is required.

• Maintaining and supporting existing dealership partners, strengthening market presence in the automotive finance sector, and actively identifying opportunities to grow sales.
• Providing exceptional service and consultative support, acting as a trusted advisor to strengthen retention and satisfaction, and managing complex sales situations.
• Participating in monthly and quarterly sales meetings, partnering cross-functionally to enhance sales strategies and workflows, and contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

• A consistent record of professional growth, including at least 2 years in your most recent role
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot market opportunities and pivot strategies for success
• Prior experience or familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred
• Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience is highly valued
• Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Minimum of 1 year experience in account management, sales, or business development — ideally within automotive lending, finance, or a related field
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required
