• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and actionable solutions.
• Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and design target operating models and process improvements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across Life Insurance domains, including policy administration, distribution, underwriting, claims, and customer engagement.
