Senior Business Consultant - BRUSSELS

Join NTT DATA Belgium as a Senior Business Consultant in Brussels. In this role, you will lead consulting workstreams and engagements, shape the approach to complex business challenges, and own the consulting content of assigned workstreams. You will work with client stakeholders, business consultants, and specialists in AI, automation, and advanced data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a related field, 4-7 years of professional experience in business consulting, and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Lead consulting workstreams and engagements, ensuring effective governance of scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Shape the approach to complex business challenges, including digital transformation, operational excellence, and business acceleration, selecting appropriate methodologies and defining measurable outcomes.
• Own the consulting content of assigned workstreams or engagements by structuring problems, developing hypotheses, guiding analysis, and translating findings into practical recommendations.
