Marketing Manager (Events & Brand)

In this role, you will be responsible for driving awareness and demand among brands and agencies through strategic event planning, demand generation, brand awareness initiatives, vendor and budget management, and marketing operations. • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of Swayable's events, sponsorships, webinars, executive dinners, and industry activations.
• Partner with sales to drive attendance, engage senior brand and agency decision-makers, and turn events into qualified pipeline.
• Identify creative, cost-effective opportunities to increase Swayable's visibility through partnerships, speaking opportunities, and industry initiatives.

• An entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Exceptional project management skills, with experience managing external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional projects, aligning on clear deliverables and deadlines
• Experience marketing to brands and agencies, ideally in advertising, ad tech, or marketing technology
• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated experience developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns, and a strong focus on events
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, HubSpot, and analytics platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Experience planning and executing events, webinars, and brand marketing initiatives
