Corporate Accounting Manager

• Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including the preparation and review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Drive process improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance reporting quality, efficiency, scalability, and controls, while identifying opportunities for automation and technology integration.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members, serving as a trusted resource across the broader finance organization, and assisting with ongoing audits and liaising with external auditors.

• Demonstrated ability to work on-site, collaborate across teams, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is expected
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and audit readiness, along with proficiency in accounting software and Excel, is desirable
• Big 4 foundation with industry depth: 7+ years of experience, preferably in software
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is preferred
