People Business Partner Director

Join Equinix as the Director, People Business Partner, where you will be a strategic partner to our go-to-market function and directly support our Global Partner organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, lead business change and global people initiatives, and drive engagement across the organization. You will also lead complex organizational transformations, build the annual talent plan, and drive strategies that strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture.

• Proven experience supporting leaders at the Executive level, preferably in go-to-market functions
• Broad depth of experience across all HR concentrations
• Excellent ability to source, synthesize and interpret data and context to tell a story and influence decision makers
• Experience with change management, executing of global HR programs
• Experience leading organizational design, change management, and organizational effectiveness preferred
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting executive leaders
• Experience leading a large-scale and complex transformations within large global organizations
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action and solutions in line with business goals
• Experience supporting a global Go-to-Market organization, preferably with a specific focus on a Sales or Channel organization
