Recruiter (Futureforce AMER, Contract)

Join the Futureforce team as a Contract University Recruiter. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for early career candidates, partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, and build relationships with universities and community organizations. You will also share market insights and support specialty talent programs. This is a 6-month contract position with benefits including medical care, life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

• Établir et maintenir des relations avec les centres de carrière, le corps professoral et les organisations étudiantes des universités assignées.

• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using conversion metrics and KPIs to inform hiring decisions and quarterly targets
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven focus on early career/University hiring
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior executives, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies and drive program outcomes
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools in a professional recruiting context to optimize workflows and drive efficiency
• This is a 6 month contract role
• Experience with enterprise recruiting systems and CRM platforms such as Workday, Handshake and other comparable platforms
• Background running or contributing to pre-internship or early access talent programs
