Senior Product Designer (Sports)

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer for Sports, where you'll take ownership of the end-to-end design for the sports vertical within Prediction Markets. You'll shape the way fans experience sports trading flows, engagement features, and amplifier events tied to the biggest moments in sports. This is a unique opportunity to work on a zero-to-one project with executive visibility and a genuinely excited audience. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and operations partners, navigating ambiguity and delivering experiences that connect sports culture with a new category of financial product.

• Proficiency in Figma and openness to integrating AI tools into your design workflow
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you work well with product, engineering, and operations partners and know how to align diverse perspectives toward a shared outcome
• The ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, and make confident design decisions
• Proven experience designing and launching new or early-stage products — you're comfortable with zero-to-one and know how to drive work forward without a fully defined path
• A genuine love for sports — whether you track stats, follow teams, or just live for the energy of game day. No formal sports design experience required; an appreciation for the fan experience is what matters
