Staff Product Designer (Agentic Platform)

Join our team as a Staff Product Designer for the Agentic Platform. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision and conceptual design outcomes for our customer experiences across the AI landscape. You will design human and AI agent interactions, define the experience model, conduct discovery with clients, establish a scalable experience architecture, and partner with leadership and stakeholders to shape the product. • Lead the strategic vision and conceptual design outcomes for customer experiences across the AI landscape.
• Design human and AI agent interactions, including how the system communicates uncertainty, automation, control, intervention, and recovery.
• Establish a scalable experience architecture across a complex, evolving platform, along with reusable agentic patterns and foundational design-system components.

• Demonstrated experience designing AI/ML or data-driven products, with genuine fluency in how AI systems behave and how that shapes product direction; including agentic or human-in-the-loop experiences
• Raise the bar for the people around you, as an individual contributor, through your work and your feedback
• Proven ability to set experience strategy and bring structure to ambiguous, business-critical problems with little precedent
• Exceptional systems thinking: you see patterns, anticipate edge cases, design for scale, and establish reusable frameworks and standards
• 10+ years designing digital products, including leading 0-to-1 and emerging-technology products in B2B enterprise software and highly regulated or complex problem spaces
• Experience in end-to-end UX/product design to design impactful solutions to challenging problems
• Exceptional communication skills: you can articulate design decisions using product thinking, frameworks, research, and data to influence direction with cross-functional partners, executives, and clients
