Senior Financial Analyst

Join SmartBear as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you will provide financial analysis and forecasting for Zephyr products within the Atlassian Marketplace. You will develop data-driven insights to support strategic investment decisions, pricing changes, and retention improvements that accelerate growth. You will collaborate with various teams, maintain and enhance financial models, analyze product performance, and improve financial reporting packages. • Provide financial analysis and forecasting for Zephyr products within the Atlassian Marketplace.
• Develop data-driven insights to support strategic investment decisions, pricing changes, and retention improvements.
• Partner with go-to-market, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize financial performance.

• Experience partnering cross-functionally with go-to-market, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success teams
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within SaaS or marketplace-based business models
• Knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace metrics or other e-commerce SaaS product financials is a plus
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate clear, actionable insights to senior leaders
• Experience with billing forecasts, ARR forecasting, subscription metrics, and recurring-revenue business models
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems
