Senior Financial Analyst

Join SuperAnnotate as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in building the financial operating backbone of the company. You will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen operational automation, implement internal reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and deliver insights that inform business and GTM decisions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that will be deeply embedded in the company's growth, efficiency, and commercial strategy.

• The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling fundamentals, is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, and is excited to grow into a trusted business partner over time
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; ability to work efficiently with large, messy datasets and produce clean outputs
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a comparable analytical role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; comfortable building models from scratch and improving existing ones
• Solid accounting fundamentals and understanding of accrual accounting, revenue recognition concepts, and how financials flow through the books
• Experience working in a SaaS, marketplace, AI, or data-driven business
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or BI tools (not required, but a plus)
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
