Senior Payroll Analyst (North America)

Join Mozilla as a Senior Payroll Analyst, where you will lead North America payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing reporting and analysis to support business needs. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 800 U.S. and Canadian employees, resolve payroll issues, and act as a subject matter expert in payroll best practices. Additionally, you will assist with year-end activities and mentor the Payroll Administrator. • Lead the North America payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll cycles for approximately 800 U.S. and Canadian employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements, and own payroll issue resolution.
• Act as a subject matter expert and resource for payroll best practices, laws, and system capabilities, continually looking for opportunities to standardize and scale payroll processes.

• AND 7+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably across U.S. and Canadian payrolls
• Practicing responsible participation
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent designation is a plus
• Experience with payroll systems. ADP Workforce Now experience is strongly preferred
