In-House Counsel (Americas)

Join Recorded Future as an In-House Counsel to support our business across the Americas. You will be responsible for moving customer agreements forward, drafting and negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments. • Review and approve sales quotes, ensuring accurate terms and alignment with company guidelines.
• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, including order forms, MSAs, amendments, DPAs, and security and AI addenda.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to resolve commercial requests and improve contracting responsiveness.

• A law degree from an accredited university and admission to a U.S. bar in good standing
• Fluent English and availability to work from our Boston office 2–3 days per week
• Foundational understanding of privacy, information security, and AI contract issues, plus willingness to learn our products and use AI tools
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume, repeatable work alongside more complex matters
• Sound judgment, clear communication, and a practical approach to supporting the business
• Transactional training and practical drafting and negotiation skills
• 1+ years of law firm or in-house experience, with prior exposure to SaaS contracts and familiarity with DPAs
• Helpful, but not required: Experience with large-enterprise or public-sector agreements; Spanish or Portuguese language skills
