Senior Renewal Specialist

Join Nasuni, a leading cloud file services platform, as a Senior Renewal Specialist. In this high-volume, quota-carrying role, you will manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized customers, execute renewal strategies, and uncover expansion opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Enablement to refine playbooks and messaging, and provide feedback on process improvements. • Gérer un portefeuille de renouvellements de contrats, en assurant la clôture de 30+ renouvellements par trimestre.

• This is a commercial, hunting-minded role—ideal for someone with prior renewal ownership, quota experience, or SDR/Account Management progression who thrives in negotiation-heavy, process-driven environments
• Demonstrated ability to follow and improve processes, cadences, and playbooks
• Boston-based; able to work onsite 3 days per week
• 3+ years in SaaS renewals, account management, or sales with quota ownership
• Comfortable working in a new function where processes are being defined
• Experience managing a book of business
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing and close renewals
• Strong commercial instincts
• Background in security, data infrastructure, or adjacent technical SaaS preferred
