Technical Sourcer (Contract)

You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leadership to define and execute sourcing strategies for Engineering, Product, and Design roles. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging passive talent, providing a high-touch candidate experience, building talent pipelines, and tracking pipeline health. • Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches at once
• A genuine passion for the creator economy and the people who make a living doing what they love
• A track record of crafting creative, data-informed sourcing strategies that build a consistent, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
• Experience with an applicant tracking system; Ashby experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of the technical landscape: you can speak credibly about roles, stacks, and levels (for example, backend vs. frontend vs. mobile vs. infrastructure/ML) and evaluate profiles against a role's core requirements
• Comfort partnering with recruiters and senior technical stakeholders, and influencing hiring strategy rather than just taking requests
• Demonstrated ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being built
• Excellent written communication, with a demonstrated ability to write outreach that gets responses from passive talent
• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles (Engineering required; Product and/or Design a plus) at high-growth technology companies or startup
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and technical communities and forums
