Strategic Partnerships (Credit | Product & Data)

Join Plaid, a leading fintech company, as a Strategic Partnerships Manager for Credit products. In this role, you will build and manage external data partnerships that power Plaid's Credit products. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to identify and prioritize partners, develop creative commercial structures, and negotiate complex agreements. You will also lead the full partnership lifecycle and grow partnerships from initial integration through scaled usage. • Identifying and prioritizing external data partnerships that enhance Plaid’s Credit products and insights.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate product needs into partnership opportunities and bring new data capabilities to market.
• Leading the full partnership lifecycle, from market mapping and sourcing through diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution.

• Excitement about using differentiated data to improve lending decisions and expand access to credit
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in dynamic, high-growth environments where roles and processes are still being defined
• Experience working in financial services, fintech, credit, or data businesses
• 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in data partnerships, product partnerships, business development, or a related field
• Track record of sourcing, structuring, and negotiating complex strategic and commercial partnerships
• Strategic mindset with the ability to build a broader partner ecosystem, not just execute individual deals
• Strong product orientation and ability to work closely with technical teams on complex data and integration topics
