Solution Director (Data & AI)

Join AND Digital as a Solution Director (Data & AI) and play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the growth of our Data & AI business. You will define and execute our go-to-market strategy, build strong ecosystem partnerships, and guide solution delivery. As a senior advisor to clients, you will design and lead the delivery of transformative enterprise-grade Data & AI solutions. You will also help shape AND Digital's AI capability across North America and foster technical excellence.

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de mercado de AND Digital en el ámbito de Datos e Inteligencia Artificial, construyendo asociaciones sólidas y guiando la entrega de soluciones.
• Actuar como asesor senior para los clientes, diseñando y liderando la entrega de soluciones transformadoras de Datos e IA, aprovechando la experiencia en plataformas modernas de datos.
• Identificar, calificar y dar forma a nuevas oportunidades de negocio, colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de clientes para desarrollar acuerdos y influir en los resultados.

• Has led teams shipping AI-driven software into production with measurable impact
• Comfortable in fast-paced, outcome-based commercial models (fixed-price and outcome-driven)
• Experienced in coaching, scaling, and enabling teams across multiple geographies
• Uses metrics or OKRs to tie delivery to business outcomes
• Has worked with hyperscale clientele and/or consultancies
• Demonstrated experience embedding AI into client products or workflows
• Proven success in consulting or digital delivery environments, ideally bridging product and services
• Balances deep technical fluency with strong client-facing and commercial ability
• Minimum 2+ years in recent leadership roles within AI OR a hands-on, client facing individual who is looking for a step up
• Experienced in architecture reviews, code quality, and system design governance
