Solution Director (Cost Takeout & Technology Transformation)

Join our team as a Solution Director, where you will lead complex Cost Takeout and Technology Transformation engagements for enterprise clients. This role combines business strategy, technology modernization, operational excellence, and AI-driven transformation. You will develop transformation strategies, lead client conversations, shape commercial opportunities, and oversee the delivery of large-scale transformation programs. Your responsibilities will include client advisory and solution leadership, cost takeout and value realization, technology transformation, business development and opportunity shaping, and leadership and delivery oversight.

• Lead and shape complex Cost Takeout and Technology Transformation engagements for enterprise clients, focusing on technical transformation that improves margins and accelerates revenue opportunities.
• Develop transformation strategies, lead client conversations, shape commercial opportunities, and oversee delivery of large-scale transformation programs.
• Identify opportunities for application rationalization, infrastructure optimization, cloud transformation, automation and AI adoption, and define transformation roadmaps with quantified financial benefits.

• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability
• Proven track record leading large-scale cost optimization and modernization programs
• Strong understanding of cloud, automation, AI, application modernization, and technology operating models
• 12+ years of experience in consulting, technology transformation, enterprise architecture, or operational transformation
• Experience working with C-suite stakeholders and large enterprise organizations
• Experience developing executive-level business cases and transformation roadmaps
