Senior Staff Engineer (Fullstack/Backend)

Join our team as a Senior Staff Engineer, where you will lead architectural innovation and strategic technical direction. You will define and evolve the architectural vision for customer-facing systems, establish patterns and frameworks for quality and operational excellence, and collaborate with engineering and product leadership to shape product direction. You will also mentor senior technical leaders, navigate ambiguity, and drive customer-centric engineering. • Experience with technologies such as Kotlin, Java or Go, with a deep understanding of system design for scale and performance
• Demonstrated ability to drive architectural clarity and strategic technical alignment across functions
• A track record of driving meaningful improvements in developer experience, team velocity, and system sustainability
• Proficiency with CI/CD workflows (e.g., CircleCI, GitHub), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), and observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong record of group-level technical leadership
• Experience introducing and scaling shared infrastructure, frameworks, or libraries across multiple teams
• Experience translating customer and clinical needs into reliable, maintainable, and high-impact technical solutions
