Staff Software Engineer (Frontend)

• Lead the architecture of scalable, maintainable, and performant front end solutions aligned with product requirements.
• Establish and foster consistent best practices, design patterns, and coding standards across the Front End team.
• Guide the technical growth of Front End engineers through pair programming, mentorship opportunities, maintaining thorough technical documentation, and other avenues.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, React Native, NextJs, TypeScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis)
• Experience with monitoring and CI/CD technologies (Datadog, Github actions, Circle CI, etc…)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
• Capable of prioritizing multiple projects in order to meet goals without management oversight
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of setting front end technical direction across multiple teams
• Proven experience in building scalable web applications and services, preferably in a cloud environment
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in real engineering workflows, with good judgment about where they help and where they don't
