Relationship Management Senior Associate (529 & CSA)

• Develop and implement partner relationship plans, monitor progress, and actively participate in status meetings.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for both internal stakeholders and partners, communicating effectively across teams.
• Own the response to escalated partner issues, independently assessing situations, orchestrating internal resources, and resolving concerns.
