Staff Software Engineer

Join Aspire, a part of ServiceTitan, as a Staff Software Engineer. You will be responsible for the technical direction of quality and test automation across our platform, focusing on the green industry. You will own the technical vision for test architecture and automation strategy, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and provide technical mentorship to a mixed group of engineers. You will also compile and analyze quality metrics and share technical knowledge through design reviews and documentation.

• Equivalent of 7+ years in senior engineering roles with deep focus on automation testing and framework building (or comparable software development experience). You're a role model as an individual contributor and expected to guide your team's technical decisions while still contributing alongside them
• Deep understanding of black and white box testing, API and integration testing, and system level validation across web and mobile
• Familiarity with Jira, XRay, Confluence, Claude, and GitHub
• Advanced proficiency in general purpose programming, with expert level command of modern automation tooling, including Playwright (TypeScript) and Maestro (YAML)
• Experience with an AI first approach to automation and architecture
• Strong communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to work across engineering, product, and quality management stakeholders and deliver outcome metrics to leadership
