• Conduct comprehensive market studies and competitive landscape analyses to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential targets.
• Build and manage complex business models to evaluate corporate M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and new product lines or businesses.
• Support the leadership team in developing comprehensive business strategies and collaborating with marketing, operations, finance, and other teams to ensure execution.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (strategy, corporate development, consulting, investment banking, or operations strongly preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience conducting market studies and modeling businesses in support of corporate M&A
• Proven ability to collaborate, motivate cross-functional teams, and drive performance to achieve and exceed business targets
• Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience integrating acquisitions into existing businesses or start-up activities for a new business
• MBA strongly preferred
