Performance Marketing Associate

Join our team as a Performance Marketing Associate, where you will be responsible for driving our global paid acquisition strategies. You will manage day-to-day campaigns, budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strategic and operational mindset, as well as strong analytical skills. You will work closely with the Analytics team and constantly test new hypotheses and tactics to unlock scalable growth.

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display), managing budgets and making data-driven decisions.
• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage to CAC, ROAS, and efficiency targets, and allocate spend across markets, channels, and audiences.
• Work with Analytics on measurement, incrementally, and attribution—and turn the results into action, constantly testing new hypotheses and tactics.

• Solid grasp of attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical chops—you use data to decide, measure, and prioritize
• Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads
• Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own
• 0-2 years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
• Comfort building forecasts, managing budgets, and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership
